ARTHRITIS PAIN/SYMPTOMS
Arthritis come with
different kinds of symptoms to individuals. No wonder some never know
they've been having issues with arthritis.
The common symptoms known
to most people is leg/muscle pain.
Other symptoms some people
may not realize is
Hot feet: It was so
disturbing to somebody we went to see that we met him putting his
two feet inside a bowl of cold water.
Muscle pull: with
occasional swollen legs. Either or both.
Muddy feet: Do you
know, this one is so funny that it makes the person feel as if
he/she is stepping or walking in/on slippery mud. The feeling looks
so real and discomforting as if there is mud on his/her feet.
Joint pains or
swollen joint, sometimes pronounced at the knees.
Pains in the joints
of the fingers. At times may cause swollen fingers.
Stiffness of the legs
or muscles. At times this may make the legs immovable or
tired/weary.
If you feel stiffness
after any period of prolonged inactivity like sitting or light sleep,
like dozing off during the day.
It may be a sign of a
gradual coming one.
Numbness. That is
occasional dead feelings in the legs or joints of the hands. At
times it mat be accompanied by a Low grade fever, though not always.
Burning feeling in
the hands. This may also apply to the feet like (no 1) referred to
above as hot feet is actually like a burning sensation on the feet.
Really discomforting you
will agree.
The tricky one among
the 8 symptoms listed above is “number 3”
I say
tricky because it dazzles and confuses the individual concerned with
the unusual mud syndrome which manifests in various forms while the
person is walking, sitting or standing. It acts so strange at times
that some people who had such symptoms tend to wonder if they are
under a spell.
Really
tricky you will agree.
Note:
Some earlier symptoms of arthritis may even come with chest pain
while breathing.
